It’s not conflict per se that is the problem it’s how we manage it. Often, what we think will go away with time, or will sort itself out, will spread like a contagion and start to infect the workplace costing us: skilled staff, low morale, increased leave, compensation claims, time invested by multiple levels of staff, associated attrition costs, and legal costs. In addition, our reputation and ability to produce quality services and / or products is impaired.

Conflict Management Training
Managing Workplace Conflict is a 3 hour workshop designed for senior management. The workshop can be tailored to all staff, after it has been delivered to senior
management. It involves educating management about their grievance policies and processes and reviews their
external obligations. At the end of this session participants will have the knowledge to manage complaints effectively and de-escalate potentially litigious and expensive disputes.
