Interlock Employee Assistance Programs provide confidential counselling, coaching and support for employees and their family members for a broad range of work and life issues. Such issues include family, relationships, conflict, drug and alcohol, stress, communication, grief and loss, self-esteem, confidence, anxiety and depression.
How are EAPs accessed?
Counselling sessions are available at a range of locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, and are guaranteed to be held within 24 hours of initial request via:

Employees can feel completely comfortable using their EAP confidentially to discuss any work or personal issues that may arise.
Appointments can be made via self-referral or encouraged by a colleague or manager, but participation is voluntary.
