Critical Incident Response

What is Critical Incident Response?

Workplace crises can be traumatic, their consequences can be unpredictable and have severe effects on emotional well-being and productivity in the workplace.

Interlock provides Critical Incident Response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deal with specialised critical incident and stress management for early intervention, comprehensive assessment, expert debriefing and follow-up by a Senior Clinical Psychologist.

Critical Incidents represent high levels of emotions as a result of a potentially traumatic event on those directly affected by the incident, as well as others attempting to manage the situation. These include employees, their families, as well as their colleagues, Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety Personnel and Management.
